Providing administrative and technical support for 3 500+ Call Centers and facilities at J.F.K. International Airport in N.Y. with primary responsibilities in Norfolk, VA. Specific accomplishments included, development of systems documentation, re-engineering of communications facilities so as to eliminate unnecessary equipment and improve overall efficiency. Telecommunications Engineer‚ Dulles Networking Associates, Inc. 1996 to 1997
Recruited for the rehabilitation and continued maintenance of the Northern Telecom SL1-VLE EPABX located at the VAMC in Washington, DC. Designed replacement communications systems for campus type environments for the Veterans Administration Medical Centers (VAMC) in Washington, DC., Wilkes Barre, PA., Lexington, KY., and Beckley, WV. Design elements included Power (AC/DC), Fiber and Copper Distribution, Switch materials and layout. Replacement systems consisted of multi-node Mitel SX-2000 light EPABX's.

Contractor‚ AeroTek, Inc. & N.A.C.C. for Mtel/SkyTel/Destineer 1995 to 1996
Field service representative assisting with installation and maintenance of the SkyTel nation wide interactive paging network. Duties involved troubleshooting of 4-wire and frame relay circuits, rebuilding of control node facilities to accommodate U.P.S. systems additional Motorola Routers and Xyplex servers.
